Your studio time, every month.

You get 180 studio minutes, or 3 hours, per membership month. Book in advance, subject to availability. Setup and wrap-up count towards your booked time. Extra time costs $100 per 30 minutes, plus HST.

Up to 60 unused minutes roll into the immediately following membership month while your membership stays active and in good standing. Use them that month. They don’t carry forward again. Unused monthly minutes above the 60-minute limit expire. Cancelled, suspended or terminated memberships forfeit unused rollover minutes under the agreement.

Yes. Each visit includes one complimentary guest, whether you are recording in the studio or using the lounge. Additional guests cost $100 each, plus HST. Guests must follow the studio and house rules.

Creator Membership is $499/month plus HST, charged through Stripe on your billing date. New members commit to at least 3 months, then continue month to month. To cancel, give at least 30 days’ written notice to info@thecreatorlounge.ca. Cancellation takes effect after the applicable notice period and cannot end membership before the minimum term. No partial-month refunds unless required by law. Read the membership agreement before paying.

Yes. You can read the membership agreement before you pay. Create your account, pay through Stripe, then sign online. It covers the three-month minimum, billing, studio time, rollover, cancellations and use of the space. You’ll need to sign before you start booking in the member app.

Your building fob gives you access from 9 AM to 9 PM, Monday to Saturday, to work here and spend time with other members. Use the workspace between recordings, lounge, complimentary amenities and kitchen during those hours. Studio booking hours are separately 9 AM–5 PM, subject to availability and confirmation. A fob doesn’t reserve studio time. Ring the doorbell on arrival. For studio sessions, arrive 15 minutes early.

Use the member app to choose an available studio and time. We’ll email you when it’s confirmed. For member sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before the start, applicable minutes return to your account. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit those minutes. No-shows may count as used time. These session rules are separate from the three-month membership minimum and 30-day written cancellation notice.

No. Editing and finished clips are separate services. Membership gives you studio time and access to the space. Plan to edit your recordings yourself, use your editor or arrange editing separately.

Yes. Book a free, 30-minute tour at 136 Church Street in downtown Oakville. Start times are every 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Choose an available date from tomorrow, up to 30 days ahead. Your tour is confirmed instantly by email, with calendar links. To change the time, cancel through your email link and book again. A tour is optional.
