The Creator Lounge wasn’t part of our original plan.

In fact, it came to life during a chapter when almost nothing was going according to plan.

We’re Natasha and Marco Moutinho. Husband and wife, parents, entrepreneurs, and partners in just about everything life has thrown our way.

For years, we poured ourselves into building businesses together. What began as an idea around our kitchen table grew into The Urban Writers and eventually Dibbly, an international publishing and technology company serving creators and entrepreneurs around the world.

We experienced the kind of growth most entrepreneurs dream about. A thriving business, a team of nearly 60 people, and revenue approaching a million dollars a month.

From the outside, it looked like we’d made it.

And for a while, we thought we had too.

But entrepreneurship has a way of reminding you that nothing is guaranteed.

When artificial intelligence began transforming the publishing industry, our business was among those directly impacted. Almost overnight, the landscape we’d spent years navigating changed.

What followed were some of the most challenging years of our lives.

We made difficult decisions, watched our team shrink, and fought to protect everything we’d built. There were moments of uncertainty, exhaustion, and conversations about our future that we never imagined we’d have.

For a long time, our lives revolved around keeping the business alive.

And somewhere along the way, we realized we’d forgotten what we were working so hard for in the first place.

The Space That Started It All

At the height of our business, our office was filled with people, energy, conversations, and ideas.

As our business evolved, so did our need for physical space.

Eventually, we found ourselves looking at nearly 7,000 square feet that no longer served the purpose it once had.

To some, it might have looked like an expensive reminder of what had changed.

But Natasha saw something different.

She saw possibility.

What if this space could become something entirely new? Somewhere beautiful and inspiring. A place where entrepreneurs, creators, and professionals could walk through the doors and immediately feel that they belonged.

A place where people could create content they were proud of, have meaningful conversations, and connect with others who shared their ambition.

And perhaps most importantly, a place that brought back something we’d lost sight of during the hardest years of entrepreneurship.

The joy of creating something simply because you believe in it.

That idea became The Creator Lounge.

The Creator Lounge is a premium creative studio in the heart of downtown Oakville, designed for people who care about how they show up in the world.

From professional podcast and video production to beautifully appointed workspaces, private offices, and meeting spaces, every detail has been considered to create an experience that feels as exceptional as the work being produced.

We wanted to build a space where entrepreneurs could record their next podcast, business leaders could create compelling content, and brands could tell their stories in an environment that reflects their ambition.

But we also knew that beautiful spaces and professional equipment were only part of the equation.

Throughout our entrepreneurial journey, some of our greatest opportunities came from the people we met along the way.

A conversation that sparked an idea. An introduction that opened a door. A relationship that changed the direction of a business.

We understood firsthand that the right people, in the right room, can change everything.

That’s why community became such an important part of The Creator Lounge.

For Natasha, The Creator Lounge represents much more than another business venture.

It represents a return to herself.

After spending years building and scaling businesses alongside her husband, Natasha began questioning the traditional definition of entrepreneurial success.

She had experienced the growth, the financial milestones, and the recognition that often accompany building a successful company. But she’d also experienced the personal cost of constantly chasing the next achievement.

Through one of the most difficult periods of her entrepreneurial journey, she began making a conscious shift.

She started prioritizing the things that had taken a back seat for too long. Her family, her well-being, meaningful relationships, and the freedom to build a life that felt as good as it looked.

And in doing so, she rediscovered her love of creating.

The Creator Lounge was born from that transformation.

As Founder, Natasha leads the vision, experience, and community behind the brand. Her passion lies in bringing people together, creating beautiful environments, and helping others recognize the possibilities that exist when they’re given the right space and support.

An entrepreneur and children’s book author, Natasha brings years of business experience and a deeply personal understanding of what it takes to build, rebuild, and reinvent.

Her vision for The Creator Lounge extends well beyond Oakville. She hopes to establish a globally recognized creative studio brand, known equally for its exceptional spaces and the exclusive community that surrounds them.

But at the heart of everything she creates is one simple belief.

Marco has always been a builder.

With a background in software engineering and a natural inclination toward innovation, Marco has spent his entrepreneurial career turning ideas into businesses and developing the technology and systems that allow them to grow.

As the founder of The Urban Writers and Dibbly, he helped transform an idea into an international business, navigating the complexities of rapid growth, industry disruption, and technological change.

Where Natasha brings a passion for people, experiences, and connection, Marco brings the strategic and technical thinking that helps turn ambitious ideas into reality.

It’s a partnership that has been tested, strengthened, and refined over years of building businesses and navigating life together.

At The Creator Lounge, Marco supports the technology, strategy, and long-term development of the business, helping establish the foundations for Natasha’s vision to grow.

And while this chapter looks different from the businesses they’ve built before, the partnership behind it remains the same.

Two people who believe in each other, believe in what they’re building, and aren’t afraid to begin again.
