One address, two jobs.
Do the math on the $600. Thirty minutes of studio time at our posted rate is $100, so the desk itself works out to $500 a month, with two monitors on it, a locked cabinet under it, and seven-day access to the building. Then there's the part you can't rent by the hour: a seat in a curated room. Membership is intentionally limited to people building through content, so the desks around you come with guests for your podcast, people you can pitch to and collaborate with, and businesses that actually get what you're building.

Your desk includes 30 studio minutes every month, enough for a tight episode, a batch of shorts, or a talking-head video. Extra time is $100 per 30-minute block, at member pricing for desk holders. Recording on a schedule? We build custom monthly bundles, one desk member records three hours of live streams here every month on a single plan, one bill.
The rooms handle live streams and webinars, and a teleprompter rig with an operator is available when you're reading to camera. Prefer to hand off the edit? In-house editing runs from $149 an episode and $35 a clip.
Who you’ll be sitting with.
We're filling the open area on purpose. The studios already host weekly sessions from IG and TikTok creators, podcast hosts, and software companies creating content and live-streaming to YouTube. The first members build fashion brands and personal channels. That's who the desks are for, people building through content, because the desk next to you should be worth talking to.
Downstairs is the lounge. Couches, kitchen, coffee and drinks on the house, and the room where members actually meet.
